  1. How do I reset my password?
    If you have registered on the document portal site using your Email Address use the Forgot your password? link on the Register/Log in page. Enter you email address and click the Email Link button. You will receive an email with links and instructions for changing your OADP password. If you have registered on the Online Appointment Document Portal (OADP) using Goggle or Microsoft, your password will be the same as for those services and you need reset it with Google or Microsoft, as appropriate.
  2. How do I use Microsoft or Google to login in?
    The Online Appointment Document Portal (OADP) allows you to use your Google or Microsoft accounts to register and log in. The first time you access the OADP click the Register/Login in with Google button, you will be directed to Google's website. Enter your Google email address and password after you have successfully logged in you will be redirected back to the OADP website. Using a Microsoft account will work the same way.
  3. What kind of files can you upload?
    The Online Appointment Document Portal (OADP) only takes PDF files at this time. Most court forms are already available in pdf format on our main website. In addition, you can normally print to pdf on most computers and phone apps exist that you can turn images into pdf files for you. There is a 50mb size limit for uploaded files.
  4. How do I delete an uploaded file?
    If you have uploaded the wrong document you can delete it. On the Document Upload page click the small red circle next to your uploaded file to delete it. You will be asked to confirm your choice. Deleted files cannot be recovered. After the file is successfully deleted you can upload your new file.
  5. How do I update files that have already been uploaded?
    If you upload a pdf file with the same name it will automatically update the document on the website unless a clerk has already reviewed the document. Files that have been reviewed will have a small green check mark next to them. If you upload a file with the same name as a reviewed file, the system will append the date and time to distinguish it from the previous file (i.e myfile--07-01-2021--3-02-46-PM.pdf).
